("You" or "User"), and Herra Mag ("We," "Us," or "Sponsor"). These Terms govern your access and use of

"Services").
By accessing, using, or creating an account with us, you accept these Terms, and agree to
comply with them fully. This agreement also includes any other rules, guidelines, or policies that may
be posted on our website or within the Services from time to time.

accessing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these

accessing or using them, you acknowledge your agreement to comply with all provisions within this

Changes to Terms of Use and Incorporated Policies

the latest version will be reflected in this document. When such modifications or amendments occur, we
will notify you via email. However, it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to
ensure you are aware of any updates. Your continued use of the Services after any changes are posted
will be treated as your acceptance of those changes.

(collectively referred to as the "Incorporated Policies"). These policies govern how we collect,
store, and use your personal data. As with the Terms, any changes to the Incorporated Policies will be

Playing Conditions and Virtual Coins
The Services we provide may include virtual tokens or coins, commonly referred to as "Virtual Coins"
(e.g., chips, coins, credits, or points), that may be awarded to you for free or purchased through the
Services. These coins are used within the Games to enhance your experience and offer additional
chances to win prizes or rewards. Currently, on our platform, the Games operate using Gold Coins.
Upon creating a User Account and agreeing to these Terms, we grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service solely for personal,
private, and entertainment purposes. This means that you can play the Games and participate in various
activities using the Virtual Coins, but you do not own these Virtual Coins, nor do you have any rights
to sell or transfer them. The ownership and control of the Virtual Coins, along with any other assets
associated with the Services, remain exclusively with us.
We retain the right to modify, manage, regulate, or discontinue the Virtual Coins and any
other in-game elements at our discretion. This means that we have the freedom to change how Virtual
Coins function, what they are used for, or whether they are available at all. We will not be liable to
you for any changes or elimination of the Virtual Coins.
The transfer or sale of Virtual Coins by you to any other person is strictly prohibited. You
are not allowed to sell, assign, or trade your Virtual Coins, nor can you transfer your User Account
to someone else. Any attempt to do so is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in the
closure of your account, forfeiture of your Virtual Coins, and even a lifetime ban from the Services.
Additionally, legal action may be taken if required.
Please understand that the Services are licensed to you for your personal use, and this
license is subject to these Terms. You have no rights or ownership in the Service or any of the
content provided through it.
Eligibility
To access and continue using the Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction,
you are not permitted to use the Services.
Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services
complies with all applicable laws and regulations. We are unable to provide you with legal advice, and
it is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Services is permitted in your
jurisdiction.
Unauthorized Access by Minors: You must take full responsibility for your account and ensure
that no minor under the age of 18 uses your User Account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized
access or use of the Services by minors. You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring and
controlling access to the Services for minors.
Geographic Restrictions: You are not permitted to access the Services from the states of
Washington or Idaho (USA) or Quebec (Canada). These regions are considered "Restricted Territories,"
and residents of these locations are excluded from using the Services.
Personal Use: You agree to use the Services strictly for personal, recreational, and
entertainment purposes. Any commercial use or exploitation of the Services is prohibited.
Accuracy of Information: You must ensure that all the information you provide to us is
accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This includes, but is not limited to, your contact details,
payment information, and any other personal data required to create and maintain your User Account.
Fraud and Unlawful Activities: You agree not to engage in any fraudulent or unlawful
activities while using the Services. This includes using any software-assisted methods or cheats
(e.g., bots or other automated tools) to participate in the Games. Violations of these Terms may
result in the invalidation of your account and any associated activities.
Your User Account
Each user is permitted only one User Account. This is your personal account, and you are responsible
for maintaining its confidentiality and security. You must keep your account details, including your
password, secure and private. If you believe that your account has been compromised or that someone
has gained unauthorized access to your User Account, you must notify us immediately.
When you create your account, you are required to provide accurate personal information,
including your name, address, email, and phone number. If you change any of this information, you must
update your account details. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your
account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that is inactive for 60 days or longer.
We may also close accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in any unlawful activities. If
your account is closed, you forfeit access to all associated Virtual Coins and benefits.
If you wish to close your User Account, you may do so by contacting customer support. Upon
closing your account, you will lose access to the Services, and any Virtual Coins associated with your
account will be forfeited.
Games and Contests
The Games offered through the Services may each have their own specific rules and conditions. You are
responsible for reviewing the rules for each Game before playing. These rules will govern how you can
participate and what you can expect during gameplay.
By participating in the Games, you agree to adhere to the specific rules associated with each
Game, in addition to these Terms. Failure to follow these rules may result in disqualification from
the Game and potential penalties, including account suspension.
Verification Process
We are entitled to verify your identity and eligibility to participate in the Services. This may
include background checks, identity verification, and other checks as required by law or regulation.
We may request that you provide specific documents, such as photo identification, proof of address,
and details regarding the source of your funds. You agree to comply with these verification
requirements and provide the necessary documentation in a timely manner.
If you fail to provide the requested documentation within 40 days of the request, we may
suspend or deactivate your account. Additionally, we may use third-party verification services to
assist in this process.
You must also enable location services on your device in order to access certain features of
the Services. This is required for certain verification checks, including confirming your
jurisdiction.
Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, games, and content provided, are the exclusive property of Herra
Mag or its licensors. These Terms grant you the right to use the Service for personal, entertainment
purposes, but they do not grant you any ownership or property rights in the intellectual property.
All content, including but not limited to the game software, trademarks, logos, designs,
artwork, music, and other related content, remains the property of Herra Mag. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without prior written
consent from us.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Service, including any text, images, or
other materials. You agree not to submit or share any content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes
on the rights of others. This includes content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or promotes
illegal activities.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free
license to use, modify, and distribute your content as part of the Services. This includes using your
name, likeness, and other information in connection with your content. You waive any rights to
compensation or ownership over your content.
We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or that we
consider inappropriate, without notice. However, we are under no obligation to monitor or censor
content submitted by users.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. These websites are not under our
control, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties. Accessing
these third-party sites is done at your own risk, and we recommend reviewing their respective privacy

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of the content or functionality of any third-party
websites linked to our Service. You should be aware that any data you share with these third parties
is subject to their privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service. We are not responsible
for any disruptions, errors, or failures in service, including but not limited to downtime, technical
errors, or issues caused by third-party providers. We also do not guarantee the accuracy or
completeness of the information provided through the Service.
In the event of a technical error or malfunction, all game play or winnings during that period
will be voided, and you will not be entitled to any compensation for these events.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Herra Mag, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.
Miscellaneous
· Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Herra
Mag regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
· Tax: You are responsible for paying any taxes associated with your use of
the Service.
· Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform or delays
caused by events outside of our control, including natural disasters or other unforeseen
circumstances.
· Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable,
the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
· Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent,
but we may assign our rights at our discretion.
